The RNR Mini Experience
Description
Both exercise training and massage therapy techniques offered to provide a unique experience! Service includes: - 5 minutes for the written and verbal intake process (consultation) - 15 minutes of bodywork with integrated breathwork and muscle activation - Includes optional use of a stretching strap, resistance bands, Pilates ball, or light weights on a table-top surface - Use of tools or modalities for myofascial release may be used such as Gua Sha, Theragun, or Kinesiology Tape *cash payment preferred, card payment = $5 upcharge - This service is only available at local events such as vendor fairs, farmer's markets, or wellness retreats
