Your future self will thank you! Program includes: - 3 services of hands-on, therapeutic massage as you would experience in the clinical setting. Services include: 1, 30-minute stretch and 2, 60-minute massage services each month - Deposit fee required for up to 120 minutes of round-trip travel time and hauling of equipment - Integrated techniques such as dynamic stretch, fascial friction, trigger point, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish effleurage, lymphedema drainage, and myofascial release. Use of hot towel. - Integrated enhancements such as Gua Sha or “muscle scraping”, cupping therapy, Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape), or percussion gun (Theragun) *Consultation and deposit are required for this service.
