This meeting is held virtually either via Zoom or phone call to discuss the client's reason for booking, goals, and to gather information to best compose a treatment plan for the client's wellness journey.

Great for those wanting to improve their functional movement!

Session includes:
-15 minutes of scientific education to foster conscious awareness of the body
-30 minutes of stretch and mobility exercise
-15 minutes of home work

Individual Stretch & Mobility Session

Pick your music and let's get to work!

Program includes:
- 4 weeks of a pre-programmed, tailored exercise routine performed via 2, 30-minute 1:1 personal training sessions
- Deposit fee required for you to receive your program materials, up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time, and any hauling of equipment
- 1, 30 minute virtual meeting each week for 4 weeks
- Form and skill development per client goals
- Optional nutrition advising
- Education on recovery (includes stretch or mobility work)

Revive Me Jump Start Program

Positive results happen when you change your mindset!

Program includes:
- 12 weeks of a pre-programmed, tailored exercise routine performed via 2, 30-minute 1:1 personal training sessions
- Deposit fee required for you to receive your program materials, up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time, and any hauling of equipment
- 1, 30 minute virtual meeting each week for 12 weeks
- Form and skill development per client goals
- Optional nutrition advising

Learn how to take care of your body for life!

Program includes:
- 4 weeks of 2, 30-minute virtual learning sessions via Zoom
- Deposit fee required for you to receive your program materials before your program start date.
- 1, 30 minute virtual meeting to go over program assignments each week
- Optional nutrition advising
- Education on recovery (includes stretch or mobility work)

Build Your Own (Guided) Program

Great for targeted areas of stress, full body relaxation, or stress management!

Session includes:
- 50-minutes of hands-on, therapeutic massage therapy as you would experience in the clinical setting
- Deposit fee required for up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time and hauling of equipment 
- Integrated techniques such as dynamic stretch, fascial friction, trigger point, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish effleurage, lymphedema drainage, and myofascial release. Use of hot towel.
- Integrated enhancements such as Gua Sha or “muscle scraping”, cupping therapy, Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape), or percussion gun (Theragun)

Individual Massage Therapy Treatment

Great for releasing stubborn tension!

Session includes:
- 50-minutes of hands-on, therapeutic massage therapy as you would experience in the clinical setting
- Deposit fee required for up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time and hauling of equipment 
- Hot stones at a controlled temperature will be integrated for half of this session with the use of oil. 
- Integrated techniques such as dynamic stretch, fascial friction, trigger point, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish effleurage, lymphedema drainage, and myofascial release. Use of hot towel
- Integrated enhancements such as the client's own aromatherapy oil or Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape).

Hot Stone Massage Therapy Treatment

Great for expecting mothers or mothers-to-be to reduce stress and manage pain!

Session includes:
- 50-minutes of hands-on, therapeutic massage therapy as you would experience in the clinical setting
- Use of pillows for comfort in side-lying positioning
- Deposit fee required for up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time and hauling of equipment 
- Integrated techniques such as dynamic stretch, fascial friction, trigger point, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish effleurage, lymphedema drainage, and myofascial release. Use of hot towel.
